Purpose of the role

Desde TEAM LEWIS, Agencia Global de Comunicación, ofrecemos una beca de Community Manager para nuestras oficinas de Barcelona.

La persona dará soporte al equipo digital en las siguientes tareas:

Desarrollar contenido atractivo e impactante y campañas integradas para clientes actuales y potenciales
Participar en la creación de la estrategia digital en redes sociales para aquellos clientes que no tengan una definida
Construir y gestionar la comunidad online y la identidad de marca, creando y manteniendo relaciones estables con sus usuarios en los diferentes perfiles
Apoyar a los clientes fomentando y haciendo crecer su actividad en las redes sociales y actuando como administrador de la comunidad
Medir el crecimiento y el impacto generado en las diferentes plataformas y canales utilizados
Monitorizar las interacciones, resultados y actividad de la competencia en todas las redes sociales junto con el desarrollo de informes mensuales que permitan identificar oportunidades y mejoras

Key profile:

Estudiante de Grado o Máster en Publicidad, Marketing, Periodismo o afines con interés por el ámbito Digital y las RRSS - Posibilidad de firmar Convenio con Universidad/Escuela
Idiomas: nivel avanzado de español e inglés
Competencias: proactividad, adaptabilidad, capacidad multitasking, organización, trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente, habilidades comunicativas, curiosidad, orientación a resultados.

Valorable:

Experiencia en gestión de perfiles de redes sociales corporativos o marcas
Conocimiento de herramientas específicas para la interpretación y presentación de informes
Experiencia realizando prácticas en una agencia
Se valora positivamente conocimientos sobre campañas en redes sociales/ otras plataformas digitales

Condiciones:

Duración: 6 meses
Horario: de 9:00 a 14:00 de lunes a viernes
Ofrecemos ayuda al estudio
Formato: Híbrido (remoto y oficina con flexibilidad)
