We’re currently building our talent bank and would love to stay connected with an organised, part-time Office Manager who can come in 2–3 times a week to help keep things running smoothly. If you enjoy creating a welcoming, well-run workspace, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do (Admin & Office Support):

• Be our on-the-ground go-to 2–3 times a week (part-time)

• Keep the office tidy, well-stocked, and ready for the team (pantry, stationery, essentials)

• Coordinate deliveries, couriers, vendors, repairs, and basic facilities needs

• Provide general admin support: light scheduling, invoice/receipt handling, simple tracking, and mail management

• Help foster a welcoming, friendly office environment as we settle into the space

Who we're looking for:

• Naturally organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Friendly and service-oriented, -you enjoy helping teams do their best work

• Practical and solutions-focused, with a knack for spotting issues early
