Purpose of the role
Working within Client Engagement Operations, you will serve a hybrid function for the agency. Sitting between our marketing and new business teams you will streamline operations and own the management of our lead generation activities. You will work with marketing, new business and creative as well as senior leaders from across the agency to facilitate strategic prospect outreach, production of marketing and sales collateral, paid lead gen campaigns and pipeline measurement. You will be focused on driving leads and nurturing connections with prospective clients as your primary goal through a multidisciplinary/multichannel approach.
Responsibilities
Utilize marketing and sales communications mix to support lead gen strategy across multiple business and global segments
Assist the Marketing Manager with development, execution and tracking of paid lead generation campaigns
Help identify opporutnities with priority verticals and key service areas
Assist Client Engagement team with production of sales collateral, case studies and other assets
Own management of prospect outreach and associated tactics – event attendance, networking and awards
Report weekly on key metrics – prospect touchpoints, conversations, opportunities, etc.
Work closely with teams around the world for case studies and marketing assets to ensure consistent, relevant sales materials
About you
Ability to go above and beyond to implement and streamline processes for the client engagement/new business teams
Use initiative to improve current processes
High level organisation and attention to detail
Experience in Sales Enablement
Experience in a fast moving sales environment with an understanding of prospecting clients
Experience in and understanding of marketing (communications, digital etc.)
Ability to push back on certain areas in order to give the new business team the correct set up and tools to perform effective outreach
Ability to embed yourself into the business, understand and act as an ambassador for TEAM LEWIS
