TEAM LEWIS saw that support was crucial and change was needed to make that happen. Our local causes scheme was launched. Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.

Purpose of the role
The role is responsible for leading the implementation and management of client digital/marketing optimisation strategies.
You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of digital accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact digital campaigns. You’ll establish, lead and mentor a team, managing all aspects of digital marketing, from campaign strategy to performance analysis, and work closely with clients to develop innovative and results-driven solutions.
Your role will involve new business growth, digital innovation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership, establishing and building outstanding digital marketing outcomes across various industries.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Digital
- Leads business development efforts to grow the agency’s digital portfolio.
- Leads and manages digital accounts across multiple industries, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Actively promotes the integration of digital and creative product solutions to new clients, developing the uptake of services offered by LEWIS.
- Drives digital strategy development, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Works collaboratively to increase the selling of digital services.
- Oversees performance-driven campaigns across key digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
- Provides strategic insights and recommendations, leveraging analytics and performance data.
- Ensure seamless integration between content, creative, and digital teams for cohesive marketing execution.
- Uses social media to recognise industry trends and proactively promote new tools, solutions and processes to continuously evolve and optimise selling opportunities for LEWIS services.
Client Management
- Maintains regular day-to-day contact with key internal stakeholders to manage their expectations
- Works to ensure clear communication with internal and external contacts through the most appropriate method
- Works with relevant team members to ensure seamless strategy delivery
Team working and development
- Ensures personal and deliverable objectives are met on an on-going basis
- Works closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development
- Supports with the training of all team members wherever possible
General
- Supports training sessions where relevant, with a view to maximising opportunities to expand team skills and grow revenues
- Takes a proactive role in promoting the LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work
- Supports the HR/talent team by promoting, both internally and externally, opportunities at LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme
- Contributes and supports the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies
About you
- Experience in a digital media agency or in-house position with experience in SEO/SEM
- Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of performance and digital marketing.
- Keen interest in understanding client business issues and requirements and how you can support.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to plan and prioritise.
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to learn quickly, and become skilled in industry-specific and agency-specific software
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in Keynote a plus.
- Proficiency in analytics software that aids in research and/or SEO/SEM
- Knowledgeable on search engine reporting and research software
